Question / Help Can't get "Alert Pop-up URL"

So last week I tried this and it worked. Then after few weeks of getting back to stream. I accidentally deleted the browser source for this URL then as I was about to get back the url by clicking the Alert Popup. It won't click or give me the URl. I tried restarting Facebook, browser and my PC still it doesn't work. Please help so I can add back the Popup to my stream. Thank you
