Can't get 60FPS in recording or streaming

I am new to OBS and video capture and streaming. I ran the auto configuration tool in OBS and it says I can run at 1080p and 60FPS but it seems to only run at 30fps or less. The game runs at 60 all the time even while recording or streaming.

Analyzer gave me nothing.

Try setting your monitor @ 120HZ, Turn Game DVD Off.

The only other issue I see is the 7.1 audio you're using. In my testing, mixing Stereo/Surround with OBS is messy, YMMV. Look at the bottom of your log (posted log is incomplete), there are stats & your audio more than likey is lagging behind the video.

I never tested this so here's something else to look into. (2) Audio Output Captures & both are using Device Timing.

Well I figured it out, but now I am in the hunt for a new solution to the problem I had solved.

Yeah, the game lacks optimization, let alone while recording or streaming.

However, I found some of the tips in this guide, solution #3 and #5 in particular to be quite helpful about optimizing Helldivers 2's FPS:
