Question / Help Can't Game capture

I just updated obs and now i can game capture and window capture makes my stream really laggy what do i do??
Game capture doesn't work with any of my games and in any mode full screen and windowed it was great till i updates
 
I have noticed this as well. I had to do all windowed capture with exception to 1 game which actually got recognized by the game capture. 1 out of 3 games was recognized and 2 I have to do window capture. I may hold off using MP version for streaming until a few areas get addressed. but I will keep testing it each patch.
