I have 200mbps upload speed ,ryzen5 3600 and rx580 half year ago I was able to stream 1080p 60fps on 60000 bitrate on x264 no problem ,but I dont know what happened to obs or my pc but now I cant even go past 3500 bitrate without dropping frames, I tried everything downscaling resolution and tweaking every possible setting . Please help
