Can't fix black screen on game capture, tried everything

I've been battling this issue for two hours now tried running as admin, comp with windows 7, different perfomance modes, i have only dedicated GPU and the only thing im not sure of is if you need the integrated as well for game capture to work. here's Log file

isn't that the point of game capture? to capture fullscreen apps, i'd gladly drop game capture altogether if there is alternative way to capture fullscreen apps, and i've tried to game capture multiple windows and apps before, still black
