Cant find "Video Capture Device Option" in OBS-Studio with build

Hello ! I am Matsubara.
I want to use Video Capture Device with OBS-Studio with local build.

But Threre is no Video Capture Device Option.

Please tell me what should I do?.

Environment:
- OBS-Studio 25.04
- VIsual Studio Community 2019
- Qt 5.15
- Cmake Option is bellow
