Question / Help Cant find the right a settings for my computer

Please help me! I'm a startup YouTuber/ Streamer and can't do anything cause i can't find the right settings!

Simple settings
Recording Quality Indistinguishable
Encoder: GPU, if available
Format FLV

You have to configure your streaming settings

Use Quick Sync for your encoder and use the Advanced tab.
Settings:
Target Usage: quality
Profile: high
Rate Control: CQP
For QPI/QPP/QPB, use a value between 15 - 20 (lower is higher quality but bigger file size, you get the idea)

Leave everything else at default.

If you want an explanation, Quick Sync uses a dedicated encoder on your integrated GPU. This puts all the encoding load on that encoder. This will free up a lot of CPU power for your games.

this is working better however its is still a tad choppy i have them set at 15 how can i make it more fluid

Try changing the Target Usage to balanced or speed.
