Hi, I want to edit/improve my prerecorded video by applying filters. But filters like color correction, sharpen, Chroma Key aren't visible in the list under the effect filters section. Link for log file is as follows:

OBS is the wrong tool to postprocess existing video. There are tools meant for postprocessing, called "video editor" in general. Consider these:
