cant find the best settings for recording a game with my current set up on OBS latest release (for honor is the game btw)

my specs are
Board: Azrock Z690 Phantom Gaming 4
CPU: 12th gen intel Core i3-12100
GPU1(integrated): UHD Graphics 730
GPU2(card): NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
RAM: 16GB
I also have a terabyte and a half worth of extra storage space

For 1080p gaming, Use Nvenc Encoder with bitrate of 20000 kbps for Recording. I am using QuickSync encoder(intel UHD Graphics) with 30000kbps and its awwwesome.

Run the Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu) and apply the settings it gives. Do not change a thing. Restart OBS (yes, restart it) and test as is for no less than 30 seconds doing all what you normally do, or plan to do. Just one time, don`t go happy starting and stopping the testing, do it just once.
Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.
