I am trying to stream on twithch and for some reason I cant find good settings to stream on? I have tried multiple different settings and for some reason my fps is above 120 but my game feels really weird. Not really laggy but like slow and delayed. Im not sure if I should be using my cpu or gpu to stream or if there is some way to optimize my pc for streaming? I would like some settings that would be good for my pc and would make me have that delayed feeling and i would like my steam to be in 720p 60 fps. IF you have any other suggestions instead if 720p 60fps that would still make my stream high quality that would be ok. I am also not sure what bitrate i should be using. Or if that even matters. I have an upload speed of around 3-6 depending on who is using the internet at my house.
