Can't find camera source

I'm attempting to set up OBS on a somewhat old frankenPC, running Win 7 x64. All windows updates and software packages are installed, the software seems to be running fine. I need to find a solution for using my iPhone 8 Plus as my webcam however. I'm using HDCameraforOBS app, but after following the install directions, when I click the gear under Sources there is nothing under the iOS devices field, stuck on "none."

Is it possible my older OS is keeping my machine from recognizing it? or if you don't know a specific way to fix this app, what is a more trusted app for using an iphone as a camera for a windows machine? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Not sure if this log file will be useful or not, but: https://obsproject.com/logs/ZLq_hWUZnlO1KCW9

None of these 'OBS Camera' apps are written, maintained, or supported by the OBS Project.
They are third-party developers using the OBS name.

You will have to contact the developer of your chosen app for support with it.
