Question / Help Can't Download The 17.0.0 Update

Hello, I'm having some trouble installing the latest OBS Studio update and I have no clue where I'm going wrong. I have made an attempt to provide as much information about it as possible, and some pictures.

This problem occurs when I attempt to install the new OBS Studio version on my Windows 10 PC.
Here's a step-by-step run of what is happening.

So I start with the setup wizard like normal.

After I click "Next," I agree to the lisence and stuff.
It then tells me where to install it, and the box is already filled out so i keep hitting "Next"

After I confirmed this, I added all the plugins to be installed.

Then I hit install.

After that file is extracted, I get this error.

After this, I try to retry, but the error keeps popping up, so I cancel the install.

At this point I have no choice but to close it out, and wait for help on here.
Hope you guys can help.
P.S. I clicked show details, and it showed me this huge log, here's the log.

Also, that's not "can't download"
You got the installer running. So you've succeeded at downloading.

That's "Can't install" which is DIFFERENT.

DO NOT launch obs until after you've run the installer when you reboot the computer.

I'm not from America, so I don't know how to differ from install and download. Also, It still makes the error after attempting to install it with the reboot, so I don't know what's going on.
