Question / Help Cant download OBS STUDIO 17.0.2

Hey , i try download newest version , but on my screen throw out error why?

Please restart your Computer. Don't start OBS and then start the installer and try again.

If you will still get this issue check if you can find OBS, obs32 or obs64 somewhere in your task manager.
If so kill it.

That's not a "can't download", that's a "I didn't close down OBS before trying to update"

i close , OBS before update + i dosent have be OBS on my PC before i download full version
