Question / Help Can't Connect to Server

Internet security software?
Bind to ipv4 yet?

it's not internet security software. not sure how to do anything related to ipv's but I will look into that. Is there a way I can download the last version?

In settings - advanced, set the bind to ip to be your ipv4.

It still comes up with the same error message when I switched it to the ipv4.
