Question / Help Can't connect to server / Failed to connect

Hi,


I tried to load my stream up today and it says it cannot connect to the server and to check my stream key. I did this, it was okay. I googled the issue i'm having and saw some posts where it said to go to advanced settings and change bind to IP to default or to the 192.168 option, I tried both of these it didn't fix it. I also saw on google to try and change the server which was set to auto (recommended) to a different server, this didn't fix it either.

Can anyone help me please? I haven't changed any settings or anything.

EDIT: Just tried generating a new stream key, still doesn't work with the new key.

EDIT2: When I try to start streaming it is saying failed to connect immedietly, compared to before it taking 10 seconds to show me a different error message.

Ok, so other day I went live with no problems but now I can’t connect to my internet and go live. Iv done all the usual Iv looked up online reset my router changed my server to default on ONS advanced settings and to the router address that starts with number like 192.37.45 in OBS advance settings network bind to ip Iv noticed in OBS stream i can’t find the Mixcloud server name in OBS. In OBS in the settings stream the service says Mixcloud and server is default but on Mixcloud under stream key it says firstly youl need to enter the server name in OBS but when I select that in OBS it’s only “default” that’s slowing me to select. Iv had no problems untill now. Please can you help.I have recently bought a WiFi extender to make my internet more powerful it seems like since I have had that I can’t connect to OBS and Mixcloud.
