Question / Help Can't Connect to Instagram Live

Hi.

Recently I found a tutorial to connect OBS to Instagram Live. This is the link:

I have followed all the steps and successfully going live through the command prompt. I have entered the correct stream URL and stream key, but my OBS can't connect to the server. The message is: Failed to connect to server. Can someone help me? Thank you.

I did the same, and OBS couldn't connect. But I got the key and URL :( Something is with OBS
