Question / Help Can't connect black magic presenter to OBS

I'd tested that the camera and audio are working. Both show up on quicktime, but when on OBS, it doesn't.

I have the "Black Magic Presenter" selected under "Device" within "Sources". Don't know what is wrong. Audio is also not registering.

ALSO, when trying to select "Black Magic Presenter" in the settings, OBS crashed each and every time. I had to unselect "Use preset" and then, even in there, I can't select the frame rate, it crashes every time! I select "Rational FPS Values" and keep it with the default options.

You may be using the wrong source for this device (it should probably be "video capture device" as I believe "BlackMagic Device" is only for Decklink cards). However, I don't have access to a Presenter, so I'm not sure-- whichever source type you're using now, try the other one.

Either that or you've selected a resolution/framerate that the device does not support.
