I tried to record CSGO but when I press my Hotkey or the "start recording" Button nothing happens!
I already had this issue some weeks ago, and I still couldn´t fixed it.
I already tried to change the endcoder back to x264 and it doesn´t helped!

Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Graphiccard: Geforce 940m
CPU: Intel Core i5-5200U
RAM: 8 GB

Thanks very much in advance! :)

I'm having this same issue, but with a GTX 1080.
I can't figure out what the issue is because nvenc used to work, and shadowplay still works fine.

Here's my latest log.

Check out the details in this guide on high quality local recordings.

In short:
  • Rate Control: CQP
  • CQP: 15-25
  • Preset: High-Quality
  • Profile: high

I tried that RytoEX, no change. It's genuinely confusing.
Your log doesn't indicate that. I'd recommend starting your own thread and providing a log that shows that you tried the settings recommended in that guide. A GTX 1080 can certainly record with NVENC, while the mobile GeForce cards have spotty support for it, so I'm inclined to say that your issue is not the same as @jan_hendr's.

...
Acctually, not the same.

20:19:16.265: error: OpenEncodeSessionEx failed: out of memory (10)
20:19:16.285: fatal: No NVENC capable devices found

And you even didn't tried running as admin.
