Bug Report Can't click and drag scrollbars under mixers, sources, or scenes.

I can't use the mouse to click and drag scrollbars. I can use the mouse scrollwheel to move the scrollbars, and I can click on an area that the scrollbar currently is not and the scrollbar will go towards that area, but I can't click and drag the scrollbars themselves.

This has been a problem that seems to go away in some versions and comes back in other versions. I'm currently on 0.16.2.

Now, maybe there's a way to get around this, or some setting somewhere that I haven't seen, and if so, that would be great.
