Bug Report Can't choose ` (Tilde) key for PTT key

I want to use the ` key (left of '1', above 'tab' on keyboard) for one of my PTT keys, but when I press it nothing saves to the input meaning it doesn't recognise the key as a valid shortcut.

Strange, I don't seem to have the same issue. Are you on a standard english keyboard?

That's correct, just confirmed in languages control panel. Is there somewhere online I can try it and get a keycode back that you are expecting?

Works for me, too. Are you exclusively using the onscreen keyboard?

No not at all, the onscreen keyboard was just to illustrate it wasn't an issue with my physical keyboard.

I've tested this, and I can replicate this issue when I set my keyboard to EN (Great Britain), but OBS records the shortcut fine on EN (USA). I guess you'll just have to change it to EN (Great Britain).

Sorry for resurrecting a really old thread, but I to have exactly this issue. I'm unable to use the tilde ` key on my UK keyboard. In a related issue, my friend is unable to use the < key on her Swedish keyboard. We're both running the latest versions of OBS Studio. I've seen a related post that talks about running a script to remap it, but this isnt a solution as both keys are used in other applications.
