Bug Report Can't capture Metro 2033 Redux.

Metro Redux refuses to be captured by OBS.
This is consistent across multiple PCs. Please look at my previous threads for different builds where it also doesn't work.
Even when running as admin, etc.

@R1CH Thought I'd mention you since there's many threads about this without responses and dead ends, including some of mine. It seems to be solely an OBS issue as it works with xSplit. OBS tries to hook, fails, loops.
