Question / Help Can't access scene transitions menu to add Stinger transition

I'm trying to add a stinger transition, but I don't have access to the transitions menu, and clicking the + button next to the transitions in Studio Mode doesn't let me add a stinger, only a cut or a fade. I've used stingers before in OBS, so why am I unable to access this now?
