Can't access just-recorded file in OBS

Hi!
I'm trying to make a recording that includes:

1. video from my Poly Studio P5 webcam, hooked up via USB to my desktop PC
2. audio from my Yamaha MG 10 XU mixer, also hooked up to my PC via USB.

So I want to eliminate the audio from the webcam.

Can I do this with OBS?

After I record with OBS, I see a brief message "Recording saved to C:\bla\blabla.mkv". But I can't see or hear what I just recorded.

When I try to open the file at C\bla\blabla.mkv using OBS, I get a modal popup that I don't have a locale set, and the file open fails.

I can open the file in Photos and view or trim it.

How can I get OBS to show me what I have just recorded?

Thanks very much in advance for any help.

There is nothing wrong. OBS is neither a media player, nor a video editor. You inspect and playback a just created video with some media player app.
If you want to record your video without audio, you need to configure this this in advance before you start recording.
To edit an existing video file, there is a huge number of postprocessing software. See here: https://obsproject.com/kb/post-production-tools
If you just want to remove an audio track, check Audacity.
