Question / Help Canon 700D + Intensity Shuttle = Black Screen

Hi,

Recently I bought black magic intensity Shuttle USB 3.0 and linked it with a DSLR. But the feed is not up in OBS.

It does show the intensity shuttle but it is just a black screen no matter how many setting I change.

But the feed is live in other software like Live Stream Studio and Media Express.

Can anyone help what's wrong with OBS setting ?
