Cannot view IPCam in OBS

I can view it in CamHiPro app on phone and i can view it on HIP2P Client on Windows but i cannot for life of me get it to come up on OBS. i have tried it with attached input and i have tried it with login info ahead of it and neither will come up. I had it working once but somehow lost it and now i cant get it back. Can anyone help me figure out what to do??? I do run Windows 11. Could something on my computer be blocking it? Would you know what? I hope this is in right area. Please help someone if you can...

Ok after unplugging my router and turning off instead of just turning off it works on my OBS again!!! I had already tried different inputs and such and it was working on sons computer, same network, but not mine. I dont know why it didnt before but i am thankful it finally does. Sorry for any inconvenience
