Question / Help cannot use OBS window, game and display capture perfectly, and whenever I stream its lag

Whenever I use:
* game capture to stream my games it always don't show it
* window capture to stream my games or anything, it shows white or black screen
* display capture to stream it always show black screen
Lastly, whenever I stream my game using window capture when it is working (sometimes) its always LAG and I hate it!!!!
