Question / Help Cannot Use OBS Studio

So, I was suppose to stream in an hour and I thought to switch over to OBS Studio because OBS Original was giving me issues.

I uninstalled OBS Original and when I went to run OBS Studio it have me this:

I went to run it through the Log Analyzer, but it said it wasn't a correct file,
