I've got a screen in Roll20 that has webcams displayed along the top of a browser window overtop of the game content. I want to use a mask on each of the cams so I can isolate them to fit them into nice shapes elsewhere in my overlay without them spilling over other things.
This is causing me no end of headaches.
I am using Display Capture in one instance so I can shape the game content below the cams into an area of the overlay. I am then using a second Display Capture to basically capture the same display so that I can apply the mask. Unfortunately it seems I can only use one Display Capture for the same source?
This would be so much easier for me if when I applied the mask to the capture that it didn't apply the mask to the entire source. I'm re-using the source for the cams like 6 times, one for each person, and using a transform on each one to pick out just their masked cam.
Any ideas? When I try using a Window capture it is black and won't capture the window. I can't imagine what I'm trying to do is that difficult?

I want to mask each cam at the top with a hexagon.

The cams will go into the different hexagons, and the large middle one is where the area below the cams will go.
