I stream fairly regularly (2-3x a week) and generally have no issues while doing so. However tonight I started up my computer set up the stream and pressed start streaming. Stream came on twitch for about a min then went offline, when I checked OBS it had the "this program is not responding do you want to wait or close" windows error. Restarting OBS I got the same issue, restarted the computer, updated, uninstalled and reinstalled OBS and Elgato Driver all to varying degrees of the same result. Now its in a state that when I press start stream it says the stream is started (shows timer and dropped frames counter down bottom) but never goes live on twitch. Help?
