Cannot stream, too much lag PLS HELP!

Hello everyone!

I am going crazy trying to figure out how I can get my stream to run smooth again. I'm not the most tech savy and I have no clue why my stream no longer runs smooth. I am multi streaming on YouTube and TikTok but it would work just fine before. My OBS usage once I go live is about 45-60% usage. Here is a bit of info, please let me know if anything else is needed. PLEASE PLEASE ANY INFO IS APPRECIATED!! Thank you!

Hey! It sounds frustrating—your OBS usage seems normal, so the issue might be bandwidth, encoder settings, or recent updates. Have you checked your bitrate, dropped frames, or internet speed?

Also, yu need to disable HAGS.

You don't need 50Mbps for the vertical canvas. With more than 15Mbps is overkill and what may be the source of the issue.
For recording it's advised to use CQP as its base on quality.

- Lower your output resolution or bitrate in OBS (even a small drop can smooth things out).
- Make sure hardware encoding (NVENC for Nvidia or AMF for AMD) is enabled if possible.
- Close any background apps that might be using CPU/GPU.
- Test streaming to just one platform for a bit to see if the issue is only with multi-streaming.
