Question / Help Cannot Stream Go To Webinarf

Trying to stream a company GoTo webinar to YouTube.

Tested using a Window Capture for the GoTo test feed and it looks great. But as soon as a "real" webinar starts the window goes blank white. Tried Game Capture to get the full screen and that didn't work either.

Anyone ever used OBS with a Citrix / GoTo feed?

I have the exact same problem. Any suggestions? I can't fix it no matter what I try. The same is also tru if I try to capture a word doc - it is just plain white. The only hting that works out of all of them is a browser capture.

I think the Go To feed is encrypted or something to prevent streaming. Since their pricing model is based on the number of viewers I can only assume this is the situation.

Not sure about your Word doc- but you might try changing the resolution settings of the window capture. I recall having trouble with a new video sources showing up. Changing the setting seemed to "rescan" the sources?
