Cannot Record Due To Encoder Error Message

I've tried using OBS in the past but have gotten this same message. I recently uninstalled and reinstalled all my drivers thinking that was the problem, however, the message would pop up, saying:

NVENC Error: init_session: nv.nvEncOpenEncodeSessionEx(&params,&enc->session) failed: 1 (NV_ENC_ERR_NO_ENCODE_DEVICE)

I have no idea what's going on and I've tried every possible solution without luck. If anyone has an idea of what I can do, please let me know!
