hey buddys, i have the problem that i can't record 2 audio tracks. either the system picks up the elgato but then I'm mute or the micro and the elgato not .. have my micro on track 2 and elgato on 3 .. also try to save files in mkv instead of mp4 .. nothing changes .. and not even if I remuxe in mp4 .. please urgently advice :)

Make sure you have the extra audio tracks selected in the recording settings of the Output tab.
For checking whether it's working, make sure you're actually selecting the different tracks when playing back the video. For VLC, you select the audio track under the Audio menu drop-down. They do not play mixed together, so if you're recording desktop audio and microphone audio separately, they will not play together unless you have a 3rd track that actually has both included.
