Cannot mix incompatible Qt library (6.4.3) with this library (6.5.3)

I never upgrade to the *.0 version, and this is why :) After doing so, I am not able to launch the application and get this in the log -> Cannot mix incompatible Qt library (6.4.3) with this library (6.5.3)

I am guessing I need to somehow upgrade my QT library to 6.5.3 but sure how to do that. Please advise.
