When I attempt to install OBS Studio I'm given a message that reads "Your system is missing runtime components that OBS Studio requires. Please make sure to install both vcredist_x64 and vcredist_x86. Would you like to download them?" But even after installing them I am still getting the error message.

Yes, its another topic about that and nothing seems to happen about that. I have this same issue.
Install the previous version, the OBS 21.0.1. That worked for me.
