Question / Help Cannot increase convas size beyond monitor resolution

My monitor has a max resolution of 1680x1050. I want to record from a device doing 1920x1080. In settings-> video I can only select a base canvas size equal to my monitor resolution. No other options. I googled https://jp9000.github.io/OBS/settings/videosettings.html but the custom setting seems to be missing on my obs multi-platform install running on windows.

Can anyone help me increase the canvas size?

Okay, now I feel somewhat stupid. Yes, I can type it in the box. I never even considered that I could type into what is obviously a drop-down box. Might be me, but maybe the interface could use a hint about that.
