My streams and videos are either too pixelated or have a choppy frame rate depening on the settings I use. I spent 4 hours playing with settings and I can't get the happy medium.
I know that I can get 1080p quality streams and video because it works fine on Elgato game capture software (I would prefer to use OBS)
The videos record in 1080p but they look pixellated.
I have NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti GPU and Intel Core i5 2500K CPU. 16GB ram and 10mb+ upload speed.
I've tried x264 and quicksync h.264 encoders. High bitrates get good picture but bad framerate, but twitch is limited to 6000 anyway and this is where the picture is pixellated.
Also tried different formats (flv,mp4)
I made sure my elgato game capture is also set to 1080p.
Any ideas?
