Cannot get 4:3 ratio for video in OBS software!

Greetings!

I have tried looking all over, and nothing seems to work! I just need to set a 4:3 ration on my video settings in OBS, but I am not given that option at all!

Does anyone recommend anything? I would greatly appreciate it.
