Hi, i'm using OBS studio to stream on twitch.
When i play Dota2, everything is good and smooth (even if the overall visual quality is not as I see on the screen, and i'd like to know why, but that's not the problem), instead, when i play overwatch (FPS ARENA), the stream is laggy (i think this is becouse of fast scenes and high movement). On my PC the game (OW) is running in a perfect/steady 69 FPS, my network has a maximus of 15.000 bitps in upload and 23ms latency on the twitch server i stream to (0 jitter), and the router is really well set (QoS, packet scheduler, LAN, dd-wrt etc..). I tryed every setting I could:
- CBR (3500 and 5000 bitrate, buffersize=bitrate);
- VBR (every settings);
- CRF (1, 5, 6, 23, 25);
combinated with these:
*CPU preset veryfast or faster,
*VFR ON/OFF,
but the stream is always laggy (about 1/1,5 seconds screen-lock on same picture every 3 seconds).
I tryed everything, how can I fix it? It seams to me, that I have non problem at all in hardware and network.
Please Help me!

16 GB G.Skill Trident Z @ 3000 MHz
Sapphire HD 6950 OC 2 GB (with crisomon beta drivers)
Window 10 pro

edit: in the stream the audio is perfect, with no laggy; just the video is laggy. So, it's really not a network problem, or a twitch problem, just a settings problem.
