Question / Help Cannot find best settings for recording games

I tried various settings for recording latest games but they seem to get stuck/lag or the quality has to go down,, I need optimum settings for recording games with best graphics and performance.. plz help
This is best i could do:
NFS 13 (High graphics)
Recording using OBS,settings still not perfect.
