cannot connect video source in facebook live

hello, I have been using obs for about 2 months and had no problems initially. However, after updating the software to 31.0.1 i encounter that even when obs has stated it is streaming facebook live did not show that video source is connected. I had tried turning off my firewall, reseting, the stream key and reinstalling obs with nothing. I did accidentally let it stream until my laptop run out of battery. If it is possible would you help me check my logtext file to see if anything is wrong?

There are LOTS of threads on this recently ... best to follow one of the other threads than start yet another one

Interestingly there is a recent Linux sub-forum post on a 3rd party TLS package possibly being part (root cause?) of problem?
might that be related to Windows OS compile code? don't know if similar library in use? or ??
