OBS has been working perfectly well for the past year or so until a few days ago. I'm encountering the repeat error message of " Failed to connect to server, the connection timed out. Make sure you've configured a valid streaming service and no firewall is blocking the connection."
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program, completely gone over all settings including what my "bind to interface" is set to, turned off hardware acceleration in chrome, reset my stream key and have tried all servers (I'm currently attempting to stream to Picarto tv ) and have exempted the program from my fire wall. I've searched through threads for similar issues and fixes but none have worked so far leading me to believe its either an issue with the streaming service, a separate program on my computer, or an issue with obs itself.
