Question / Help Cannot connect to private RTMP

Hi everyone!

I am having trouble connecting to my private RTMP site. I will put in the stream key & url and upon hitting connect, it will immediately say it is connected, seemingly without loading. On the site's end, I will see nothing at this point.

Then after canceling the stream and trying again, I get this

In other logs I get

I also get a message that the server is down. I know the server is not down though because other broadcasting devices connect just fine.

Any help would be great!

The log you provided doesn't appear to have a stream attempt in it. Can you restart OBS, stream for 30~ or so, stop the stream and then do Help -> Log Files -> Upload Current Log and link it here?

From what I can tell, OBS is functioning properly but the remote end is having difficulty receiving the stream. You will need to reach out to Zencoder for assistance.
