Others might, but with known malware embedded in PDFs, I'll decline to open that attachment. You might help yourself to follow the instructions in the pinned post in this forum for posting a log (make sure at least 30+ seconds, of streaming and/or recording)
Also, Facebook for me (and others) has been accepting a video feed (monitor in facebook's /live/producer) just fine, but not auto-starting at scheduled time as is has for last 2 years... not sure what FB is doing causing that issue.
Have you read Facebook's articles on connecting OBS to FB? ie changing stream settings at Facebook to use streaming software (stream key) not computer camera (direct via browser)
