Cannot change source size

Hello, I cannot change the source size by grabbing the solid red boxes and dragging, nothing moves. I can change the numbers in transform, but it would be much easier to grab and adjust.

I do not have the preview locked nor do I have the source locked.

Then the size is fixed by other means. You can make new Scene Collection (there is main menu entry) and start from the scratch.
