Question / Help Cannot capture my chrome browser via window capture

Since i already updated with windows 10. after a week since my last stream (Around 2 weeks ago). i cannot capture my internet browser via window capture for capture a chat box and it shows a black screen for me. i've tried many ways and it wont fix the issues even reinstall the OBS wont fix it. and this also happens in classic OBS.

Im using AMD HD 7870 as a graphic card and core i3 as my processor. it never happens like that before. and i already attach a log file. or open the spoiler for the log file
