Question / Help Cannot Adjust Game Audio

OBS is not allowing me to adjust my game audio. I have the slider down to 10% and it is still playing at the same levels. I have my Xbox One hooked up to the Elgato HD Capture and then to a monitor. The game audio is staying the same. Is there a way to correct this?

You are adjusting the audio output for your viewers, audio output to the desktop is going to stay the same this way. Are you capturing the device itself or the window of the elgato software?

Is there any way to actually audio output from capture card to desktop? In the old OBS there's "Output audio to desktop" option in video capture device options:

Can't find anything in the new one.

Not yet, but as always everything that was in OBS1 will be in this new version.
