Can you use OBS instead of Playback pro with a BlackMagic Switcher?

Hello,
We are setting up a live streaming studio at our church. We purcahsed a black magic HD switcher. We need to be able to be live and do playback of videos.
It was recommend that we purchase Playback Pro or Pro Presenter. They seem to have similar features to OBS. However I can not figure out how to send a video to the switcher without seeing the whole OBS window. Can anyone direct me on how to send just the output of the video I am playing to the switcher?

Anyone out there use OBS instead of Playback Pro or Pro Presenter? Love to know how to do this before we dump a bunch of money for an expensive platform. THANKS!
