can you mute a audio from your recording but it is still hearable on your stream?

Yes. In advanced output mode it is possible to assign each audio source to one or more audio tracks: Edit->Advanced Audio Properties.In addition, you can assign one audio track to streaming and other audio tracks for recording: Settings->Output->Streaming->Audio track and Settings->Output->Output->Recording->Audio track.
Now assign (in advanced audio properties) one collection of audio sources to one track and designate this audio track for streaming (as default this is track 1). And assign a different collection of audio sources to another track and designate this audio track for recording.
