Question / Help Can you guys help me troubleshoot?

So one of my viewers said my stream was lagging, but 2 of my friends who were watching it said it was perfect and nothing shows on the replay. The viewer said my voice was also lagging. Could this be due to high bitrate? I stream at 6000 bitrates with keyframe 1. 760p 60 fps. also, I stream on mixer.

if only a part of your viewers expect this while watching its not on your end.
this can be his connection
or the server your viewer get his video from
